Need

The client had a small Inside Sales team with limited bandwidth to follow up on high value Quotes shared with Prospects due to which deals were slipping through the cracks. They needed an intelligent Agent which would automate manual activities and also deliver personalized Customer Experience so that the Inside Sales team could focus on more value generating tasks.

Solution

We implemented the Agentforce SDR Agent integrated with Data Cloud to automate the follow-up emails to Prospects who were sent high-value Quotes. The SDR agent sends personalized Emails and even responds to prospect queries regarding Products and other FAQs using Knowledge Base grounded in Data Cloud.

The Agent even updates Opportunities automatically based on the prospect’s responses.
